Three people were killed and two others are in critical condition in a shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin. It happened on the north side of the city late Tuesday night.

The incident happened at 10:41 p.m. on the 600 block of 40th Place, east of Seventh Avenue and west of Kennedy Park. The incident reportedly took place inside a residence, according to kenosha news. Police confirmed that the bodies of the three killed were inside a residence till midnight. With his death, Kenosha now has 13 murders in less than 10 months this year.

Paramedics from the Kenosha Fire Department took a man from the scene to the high school, where a medical helicopter took the man to the hospital. Kenosha Police Lieutenant Joe Nosalik said another person was taken to hospital for treatment. Both were in critical condition early on Wednesday.

Kenosha Police said it was an “isolated incident” that posed no threat to the community. FOX6 Milwaukee Reports at this time, police are not actively looking for any suspects.

Police also used Twitter To say that the incident was not a police shooting. The age and identity of the victims are not yet released.
