Jason says his marriage was a COVID-19 casualty
Michael Jason and Juliana Custodio have left it.
The “90 Day Fiancé” stars announced the news of their breakup via Instagram on Tuesday, which also marked their second wedding anniversary.
“Today is only our second wedding anniversary and sadly our last,” Jason captioned a photo from their wedding day. “Our marriage is a COVID-19 casualty that won’t show up in any figures. Thankfully, you’re recovering quickly and coming back stronger than ever. Some of us will be in intensive care for quite some time.”
Jason – who shared? Some Good things about his ex-partner – blamed the coronavirus pandemic for leaving them both “dry”.
“I didn’t retain the strength of mind and the strength to be a husband as you wanted me to be,” he said. “All the while, I fail to recognize that you were there for me.”

Hours later, Custodio confirmed the breakup on his account, sharing his side about the reason the two went their separate ways.
“You gave COVID-19 a reason we’re not together anymore, but we all know there’s more to it than that,” she said. “As you mentioned, we’ve been through a lot together, COVID was a tough time, but the hardest part for me was to portray you as someone who would be by my side, and unfortunately you did something completely Shown apart.”
Custodio noted that she knew she “needed” to leave when she no longer recognized herself.
She claimed, “I was no longer part of the family, I felt like a maid. It was toxic to a point that I was not living the life I wanted to live.” “I love myself more, to the extent that I am important and I want to be happy.”
The TLC stars appeared on Season 7 of “90 Day Fiancé” in 2019.
Jason was previously married to Sarah Naso. The former couple share two children together – son Max and daughter CeCe – and have remained cordial.
