An airport check-in manager went viral on social media after he was skillfully handling a furious customer who allegedly called a colleague “b****”.
clip, which was shared on Reddit on Tuesday, in which an airport check-in manager told a woman that she would not be allowed to board a flight because of her behaviour. It was unclear which airline.
“You called my employee now ****,” [and it was] Totally unfair and unreasonable,” said the manger to the woman. “You’re not going to travel. We don’t tolerate that crap with us at all.”
He said: “So you can find another carrier to fly in. I suggest Spirit”.
The woman, who was seen pleading with the check-in manager, tried to say that she didn’t say “b****” to the airport employee, and that she was unable to follow the airline’s face mask policy. Didn’t fail either.
“[If] If you didn’t disrespect I would have let you visit, but unfortunately you called my employee now ****,” said Magar, because women get even more frustrated.
“No, I didn’t, I was just standing there. No, I didn’t,” he was heard saying.
The check-in manor hit back by saying that “there were other people who heard you say this”, and called out the woman for failing to wear a face mask before approaching the check-in desk.
On Reddit, where the video was “upvoted” by more than 82,000 users, the woman was criticized for harassing airport staff amid the pandemic.
“If you’re an adult** adult who buys a plane ticket and then gives airline staff a hard time about wearing your mask which you knew you’d have to do when you bought your ticket then you totally are f****s** selfish and f****** stupid and totally deserve to be embarrassed and off their flight,” wrote one user.
“You’re welcome to fly another airline. May I suggest Spirit?” Absolute barbaric airline burn by that guy. Bravo!”, added another Reddit user.
