Bodycam footage has been released showing the mummified corpse of the leader of the Love Has Won cult was discovered by police.
The Saguache County Sheriff’s Department released video to local media on Friday in which officers revealed the horrific scene at Creed’s home.
“Mother God” aka Amy Carlone was found dead, wrapped in an REI sleeping bag, her eyelids covered with white glitter, in a room full of Christmas lights, rainbows and stuffed animals.

In a video recorded from the bodycam of one of the officers present, the sheriff’s team can be seen walking across the house to what appears to be a kitchen area and lavishly decorated bedroom.
Flickering lights run across the ceiling and focus on the bed, which at first glance seems to stack with the bed.
As officers arrive, their flashlights scan the room, one officer says: “There’s something back there,” pointing to the bed. “I don’t know what [expletive] this is!”
The second officer bows down and his flashlight illuminates a blue face peeking out from the bed mound.
Coroner Tom Perrin found that Ms. Carlson had been dead for weeks and that the decomposition was so advanced that there were no fingerprints. An autopsy is underway.
In an exclusive interview with NBC dateline, the sheriff who discovered the body spoke after prosecutors dropped charges on the morbid ritual.
Sheriff Dan Warwick said the group was burning sage in the room and covering Ms Carlson in essential oils to “keep the smell down” when he came into the scene. He said the group was effectively worshiping the mummified corpse.
Seven members of the spiritual cult were taken into custody after the decomposed body of 45-year-old Ms. Carlson was discovered at the group’s headquarters in Colorado in April.
He was charged with child abuse after two minors were inside the home, but the Saguache County District Attorney later dropped all charges.
Mr Warwick told dateline He should have faced charges of misappropriation of a corpse after a search of the cult’s headquarters on 29 April.
Investigators believed that Ms. Carlson had died elsewhere and was possibly transported from California to Colorado.

Saguache County Sheriff’s Office’s “Probable Cause Statement in Support of Warrantless Arrest”, viewed by Granthshala, Ms Carlson’s death was reported to police by group member Miguel Lamboy, also known as “Archangel Michael Silver”.
“Mr. Lamboy said that Ms. Carlson’s skin appeared gray and her eyes were bright or missing. Mr. Lamboy said it was clear Ms. Carlson had died because her eyes were missing,” in the statement where did it go.
“Mr. Lamboy said the body appeared to be mummified with teeth exposed through Ms. Carlson’s lips. Mr. Lamboy said Ms. Carlson was wrapped in a cloth.
