California mom charged for allowing teen son to host sex parties

A 47-year-old mother has been accused of allowing her teenage sons to host sex and drink parties in which minors were allegedly assaulted, and which she is also accused of witnessing.

Shannon Marie O’Connor of Los Gatos, Calif., was arrested in Idaho on Saturday and charged with “endangering or injuring the health of a child.”

Santa Clara County District Attorney Investigator Christiana Hanks wrote that she believes Ms. O’Connor “committed multiple acts of child abuse, causing great physical harm, injury or death, sexual battery, [and] harassing or molesting a child”.

He was also accused of supplying liquor to minors.

According to, Ms. O’Connor is in prison and awaiting extradition to California from her home in Idaho. It was not clear whether he had a lawyer.
