Chichelle Stause and Jason Oppenheim took the opportunity to make a grand gesture to those in need on Thanksgiving.

“All My Children” actress, 40, and Luxury Real Estate TycoonThe 44-year-old spent part of their vacation giving back to the Los Angeles community at large when the couple volunteered their time at the Los Angeles Mission to serve hot meals to the homeless.


“Such a great day was volunteering with @thelamission who hosted such an amazing thank you for the homeless of LA today,” Stause captioned a photo Of herself and her “Sailing Sunset” costar and boyfriend.

“It’s a cause close to my heart and I think speaking up on it helps to defy traditional stereotypes, some people have who these people are,” he said of the successful event.

Stause has stated on record that he endured a homeless period growing up in Kentucky.

In her recently released memoir, “Under Construction: Because Living My Best Life Took a Little Job,” the property broker wrote about her “crazy life journey,” including her family’s addiction struggles.

“I’ve had to start over many times in my life,” she told People magazine in September. “I always know how to look on the bright side because it’s gotten too dark.”

Stause acknowledged in his Instagram video-image post that, “the pandemic has forced so many people into a place they never thought they would be.”

Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim spent part of their Thanksgiving serving hot meals to the homeless in Los Angeles.

She continued in her post, “Hope you guys have a great Thanksgiving and have so much to be thankful for!”

The soap star and Oppenheim revealed their romance to the world in July when images of the couple packing on PDA while vacationing in Rome made the rounds through the internet.

Oppenheim told Granthshala News Digital in September that while Stause has been able to juggle the limelight, his journey of love has been a whirlwind—especially when it comes to dealing with sleuthing photographers.

“It’s funny that you mentioned that because we were just — we’ve actually followed and photographed the paparazzi over the past two days, including last night’s dinner, which I saw today,” Oppenheim explained at the time. Asked about his newfound fame.

“I don’t read anything anyway, so, so sorry for everyone wasting their time – good or bad,” he quipped. “I think it goes with the territory and it’s part of the responsibility to be someone in a public space.”
