For Desi up-and-comer Hannah Dasher, music was a part of her life from an early age.

“I hated reading books as a child, but my mother always found me reading my cassette tapes and CDs back and forth,” she recalled to Granthshala News. “I knew the newborn who knew Keith Stagel by the time I was eight years old. I didn’t like reading.”
