And despite getting some practice on a popular Channel 4 reality show in 2014, the star isn’t feeling very confident.

Kimberly told hosts Amanda Holden and Jamie Thekston: “No, I don’t have much skating experience…

“I did The Jump years ago and there was a little speed skating in it. But I was a lot of bullshit so it’s not really working in my favor, but I’m up for a challenge, I’m excited.”

Jump saw a group of celebrities go face-to-face trying to master various winter sports.

Kimberly was dropped from the reality show in the sixth week after going up against Steve Redgrave in Live Jump.

Heart Radio showbiz reporter Ashley Roberts — who starred in Strictly Come Dancing in 2018 — asked Kimberly if she felt any pressure to participate in the show.

The beauty confessed: “I feel the pressure …

“If anything, having your support on Strictly has given me little insight into what I’m supposed to do myself, with just a few blades under my feet which is great.”

Kimberly will be joined by Love Island’s Liberty Pool, The Vamps Connor Ball, BMX rider Kai White, dancer Brendan Cole and broadcaster Rhea Hebden at the ice rink next year.

Coronation Street’s Sally Dienevar, rugby ace Ben Foden, Paralympian Stephanie Reid, singer Rachel Stevens, Gazza’s son Regan and Happy Monday dancer Baez completed the line-up.

The revamped show will see former Strictly star Arlene Phillips join the judging panel, replacing ax slay John Barrowman.

The dance legend, 78, is in advanced talks about returning to prime-time TV for the first time since Strictly was fired by the BBC in 2009.

She will be joined by Ashley Banjo, Jayne Torville and Christopher Dean behind the desk.

  • Tune in to Heart Breakfast with Jamie Thekston and Amanda Holden on weekdays from 06:30 – 10:00.
