The Florida mansion formerly owned by Yankees legend Derek Jeter for nearly 10 years is expected to be demolished, The Post can confirm.

Located in Tampa, this is also the home that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen rented from Jeter in 2020 during Brady’s first year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Records made in the past week show that a demolition application has been submitted for commercial purposes. However, according to local news outlets 10 Tampa BayThe application has not been completed.
If granted, the permit would end up being one of Tampa’s most expensive pieces of real estate. Jeter sold the seven-bedroom, 16-bathroom estate in May 2021 for $22.5 millionâthe most expensive home ever built in the area.
Spread over 22,000 square feet, the property has 345 feet of water views.

Brady was eventually forced to leave due to a lack of privacy.
âI forgot that people can drive up to your house. Here they can pull up to the back of the house,â the quarterback admitted in a 2020 interview with Howard Stern. âDerek did a great job of screening it. I am a bit introvert. Set on 1.25 acres, the home’s luxury amenities include a wine cellar, a movie theater, a gym, an in-laws suite, an au-pair wing, and an air-conditioned six-car garage.

Outdoor amenities include a 9,000-square-foot covered porch and balcony, a dock with two boat lifts, a heated spa, and an 80-foot saltwater lap pool.
Built in 2011, Jeter bought the home a year later for $15.5 million, records show.
The current owner is listed under a trust. It is not clear what exactly the plans are after the house is torn down. The post has reached for comment.
