The vacant lot, at number 4766, comes with a spacious 9,000-square-foot home plan that will feature prime views of Biscayne Bay and Miami’s downtown skyline.

“It’s major dirt,” a source told Gimme Shelter, adding that the site — purchased only 18 months ago for about $7.5 million — comes with plans approved by Kobi Karp. (Witkoff is also moving forward with its Auberge Shore Club redevelopment.)

North Bay Road property plans envision a modern, glass-walled, seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home facing 100 linear feet of water, offering “the most prized sunset views” , said broker Dina Goldentare of Douglas Elliman.

What’s more, the backyard plan calls for a pool and spa with an indoor-outdoor gym and a green roof with a lounge.

This area is also associated with some big names. Current neighbors include Shakira, Miami restaurateur and nightclub owner David Grutman – and Barry Sternlicht of Starwood Capital Group. Past North Bay Road residents include Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, Calvin Klein, Matt Damon and Phil Collins.
