For players who previously participated in the Early Access beta, progress is maintained throughout the open beta weekend. However, progress made in the beta will not carry over to the main game at launch. It was impossible to even use any classic Diablo II Save files during the beta, but it will be an available option when the full game is launched.

Although Diablo II: Resurrected A major developer over the title has asked fans to “do what they think is right” when deciding whether to buy the game due to Activision Blizzard’s ongoing lawsuit.

Rob Gallrani – Design Director at Vicarious Visions, the Activision-owned studio handling the upcoming Diablo II Remake said that Vicarious Visions “really wanted to support our partners and our coworkers” upon hearing of the allegedly toxic culture at Activision-Blizzard.

To do this, Vicarious Visions’ management contacted employees. Diablo II: Resurrected studio to ask what could be done better. Gallerani said that while he heard “a lot of positive things” from the feedback, it was important that “we should always be asking” if there is anything that could be improved.


In other gaming news, Microsoft Solitaire Collection now includes a aura themed deck, and available on Xbox Game Pass for PC.
