Made In Chelsea star Harvey Armstrong has teased a series of “break ups and fix ups” for the new 22nd series of the E4 show, which returns to screens this Monday.
The reality star is dating fellow cast member Emily Blackwell, who seems to be getting together on the brink of lockdown in 2020 as the COVID pandemic hits.
And speaking to MailOnline, Harvey revealed that re-filming the new series in the ‘real world’ as well as launching their own beer brand – Prime Time Lager – put some pressure on the fledgling couple – which seems like that nevertheless made it.

‘Em and I now live together and the new season had a bit of a rough phase – with the pressure of working on beer and easing lockdown, Harvey explained.
‘The new season is an emotional rollercoaster; I’d say it’s a series of break ups and fix ups, plus a lot of single milling going on.
‘There is a lot of excitement and drama now that we are all out of lockdown and the conversation is allowed and the ‘fun’ can be done again. But it was really tough, because my relationship with Emily started just before the first lockdown and within weeks we were living together.
‘We really only knew lockdown versions of each other! And then things were building up until the launch of prime time. There he was, with the world reopening. It was a serious strain on our relationship.

Prime Time — which Harvey launched with fellow artist Sam Holmes — is the world’s first caffeinated low-calorie lager, targeted at consumers who are health-conscious but still want a great time.
Being a World First, this effort apparently took up most of Harvey’s time.
Harvey explained, ‘I was working 16 hours and then going out on the weekends and I think Emily felt a lack of focus – so it was definitely a hurdle we’ve overcome. ‘She’s now more used to my workload and I try to set aside one evening for a week to get away from work.
