EXCLUSIVE: Holly Willoughby’s husband Dan Baldwin owns TV company boasting £3 million – despite claiming £10,000 in furlough

  • He is also listed as a director of the Scottish company Hungry McBear Ltd, which claimed £2,450,580.
  • Baldwin is also listed as a director on Roxy Media along with his wife Holly, who has a total of £1,430,377 in cash in the bank.

Holly Willoughby’s husband Dan Baldwin owns a company that has 3 million pounds of water in the bank, despite making a fake £10,000 claim during the COVID pandemic.

Accounts obtained by MailOnline show that Hungry Bear Media, the producer’s television company, had approximately £3.4 million in cash at the end of 2020, with assets worth at least £1.8 million.

This comes despite reports in July that Dan claimed £10,000 last year through his company Hungry Bears.

Money talks: Holly Willoughby’s husband Dan Baldwin turns a blind eye to £3m in the bank, despite claiming £10,000 in furloughs during the COVID pandemic.

Accounts filed this week show that Hungry Bear, of which Dan is listed as a director, claims to have an eye-watering £3,442,960 in the bank.

He is also listed as a director of a Scottish company Hungry McBear Limited with comedian Michael McIntyre and a third unnamed person.

Accounts as of December 2020 showed the company claimed £2,450,580, all three took £891,370 in corporation tax and £200,000 of deferred income.

Baldwin is also listed as a director on Roxy Media along with his wife Holly, who has a total of £1,430,377 cash in the bank, and in 2020 they founded a fourth company called Hungry J Media Ltd.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Hungry Bear Media and Holly Willoughby for comment.

Holly is believed to have received a salary of £600,000 for her role in This Morning with Philip Scofield.

Holly and Dan’s net worth is believed to be around £13 million.

The Taxpayers’ Coalition said of the plan: ‘Some businesses have paid support. He should serve as an example to those firms which are in poor health for the past one year.

Dan was previously a producer at Mayhem Ministry, one of Holly’s early shows, where the couple first met before tying the knot in 2007. The couple are parents to Harry, 12, Belle, 10, and Chester, six.
