On that call, which she said was on her parliamentary phone, Marin said she had also been instructed not to ask any ministers to quarantine until they had a vaccine. Have two doses.

According to Monday’s Facebook post, she and her husband went about their evening in Helsinki. They met with friends, went to dinner and “spent time in the nightlife.”

But later the Prime Minister’s Office said it had sent more text messages on Saturday recommending that they avoid contact with other people.

He apologized saying he didn’t have his second phone with him when the different guidance came in.
