Gino D’Acampo’s family fortune is back and the show has already taken a slight turn.
The content got a little X-rated as a contestant revealed the number one thing that ‘screams you’.
As the two players proceeded to press the buzzer, 45-year-old Gino asked: “Name something that makes you scream.”
Carl was the fastest and replied: “Sex,” as both his teammates and the audience started laughing.
“So we say ‘making love’?,” the Italian chef asked, struggling to keep a straight face.
“Does this make you cry?”
To which Carl replied: “I don’t…”
As everyone burst into laughter, his companion quipped: “It’s a matter of opinion!”
Fanning himself, Gino looked to see if “Making Love” was on the list, but it failed to make the board.
Gino joked: “I knew this because we are in England – in Italy it would be the best answer.”
New episodes of the ITV gameshow return on Sunday.
Gino was announced last year as the host of the program’s reboot, after nearly two decades of being off the air.
The show, which provided two families with answers to everyday questions surveyed for the British public, ran for more than 20 series before being removed from TV.
Food lovers followed in the footsteps of original presenter Bob Monkhouse and his successor Max Bygraves and Coronation Street actor Les Dennis.
The regular version of the much-loved show, which features members of the public rather than celebrities, has not aired since 2002 when Les was the host.
After retiring the series regulars, ITV launched an all-star version featuring celebrities and hosted by Vernon Kay.
It ran for 11 series, with the families of two famous faces trying to win money for their chosen charity before shelved in 2015.
Family Fortune airs Sundays at 7 p.m. on ITV.
