There was a heated exchange of words between two Congressmen.
Two outspoken Republican members of Congress opened fire on each other on social media Tuesday, including Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green, R-Ga. Rape Nancy Mays, R.C. Another GOP firebrand, raised the issue with Rep.’s response. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo.
In a video, Boebert was raped. Ilhan Omar, D-Min., who is Muslim, walks into the mess after being seen comparing him to a terrorist CNN and condemned Boebert’s remarks. Green accused Mace of aligning with Omar and other left-wing Democrats instead of his fellow Republicans.

“@NancyMace is garbage at the GOP convention. Never attacked by Democrats or RINO (same thing) because she’s not conservative, she’s pro-abortion,” Green tweeted Tuesday morning. “Mace you can back up @laurenboebert or just hang out with your real gal pals, Jihad Squad. You’re out of your league.”
This prompted Mace to correct Greene’s use of “Your” instead of “You are”, as well as her premise that Mace is liberal and in favor of abortion rights.
,[W]I’m correcting you, I’m a pro-life fiscal conservative who was attacked by the Left all weekend (as I often am) as I defied China in Taiwan. What I am not is a religious fanatic (or racist). You might want to try it in your own little “league”.
Mace then made another colorful tweet commenting on Green’s post.
Granthshala News reached out to Boebert’s office for back and forth comment, which began with Green coming to Boebert’s defense. He didn’t respond immediately.

Green had also retweeted a post calling for someone to challenge Mace in the Republican primary, but later appeared to have undone it.
Mace later retweeted an explanation from MSNBC columnist Eric Michael Garcia stating that “the reason @MTGreene is saying @NancyMace is “pro-abortion” is because Mace was raped in high school and as a result, seeks exemptions for abortion restrictions for rape and incest,” which Garcia noted, is not uncommon among conservatives who oppose abortion in general.
“This was a devastating and life-changing traumatic event,” Mays tweeted about her past experience. “I had no hope for the future, turned to drugs and alcohol, dropped out of school, and never thought I’d achieve it. Beyond disgusting.”
