The grieving trio of siblings who lost their mother COVID-19 called the New York government on Monday as “bullying” Andrew Bulow and asked for answers about their decision, which led to the nursing home scandal.

Phil Minisley told “America Reports” that Cuomo should be “accountable for what he did”. He Said Democrats “blame everyone, but themselves.”

“This is what a bully does and we are not happy with the whole situation,” Minisley said. “Every news conference comes, we know it’s just a construction, and it’s closed so that’s why we’re calling for an investigation.”

Minisley said he is aware that the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn have allegedly begun an investigation into how Cuomo’s administration handled the state’s nursing home crisis during the coroma virus epidemic , But is also demanding a nonpartisan investigation by the state legislature.

Outnumber - Monday, 22 February

The current investigation is not yet together and focuses on the top members of Cuomo’s coronovirus task force, Albany Times-Union reported, Citing a source with direct knowledge of the case. At this point neither Cuomo nor any administration official has alleged any wrongdoing.

When asked about the investigation by the FBI and US Attorney’s office in Brooklyn during a news conference on Monday, Cuomo said his office has been complying with the investigation since last August.

Ted Minisley said that as of March 12, 2020, he and his siblings “could not go to visit their loved ones” at the nursing home and “it was very frightening because we had no idea what was going on.”

He said, “Shortly afterwards, we heard about this mandate, which allows people with COVID to come back after coming out, if it is said that if it enters the nursing home it will be in the wilderness. Will be like fire. ”

“It’s just that when you’re in a position to make a decision about life, you have to have common sense and when you bring people back to the nursing home after telling them that if it gets there, it’s About to go. ” Like a forest fire, it’s like putting gasoline on a fire, it’s not going out, it’s going to go bad. ”

On April 20, Ted Minisley said, his mother became ill at a nursing home and was sent to a hospital, where she died two days later due to COVID-19.

“Two weeks later, in the same facility, my father-in-law died of the same thing,” he explained. “He Sent to veteran hospital. ”

“It’s been a nightmare,” he insisted. “We just want to get to the bottom of it and find out what really happened.”

Sister Cindy Lizzie echoed the same sentiment.

“We want to know the truth,” Lizzie said. “Why did he [Cuomo] Decide to allow this mandate to return patients to nursing homes. What are the actual numbers? ”

“If he made a mistake, which we know he did, he needed it for himself,” she insisted.

“We want justice for our mother and for Ted’s father-in-law and we need to make sure this does not happen again for all those who are in nursing homes now and in the future.”
