ERLING HAALAND stunned social media with a crazy penalty trickshot… but did he fake it?

The Borussia Dortmund striker somehow managed to balance the three footballs on top of each other, carefully positioning them.

On the first attempt, the second ball rolled – giving the impression that he had managed to get the physics fine the next time around.

With three footballs standing freely, he took a few paces back and then stepped on the top ball with his left foot to drive it into a goal in the top left corner.

The other two balls piled up perfectly – and Holland, out in full Dortmund gear, repeated the move twice to miss the goal and reacted in apparent shock when it was pulled.

The Bundesliga’s official Twitter account posted the 38-second clip on Thursday afternoon and it has clocked 5.5 million views within four hours.

But while it looked downright impressive, fans on social media weren’t sure the shots were as authentic as they appeared.

One wrote: “The fact that no ball ever drops when it hits the top… is hard to believe.”

Another said: “Go to your local sports store at open hour. Try and balance 3 footballs in a pile. You won’t manage it before you close it. He reportedly did it in 5 seconds.” “

And a third addition: “There’s no way you can balance three balls on top of each other like this. Erling, of course, did it anyway. Because Erling doesn’t care what humans think is impossible.” Is.”

Haaland has not played competitively since 19 September due to injury.

But before being sidelined, he scored 16 goals in just 11 appearances for club and country.

The Norwegian continues to be linked with a transfer away from Dortmund, with two Manchester forward clubs vying for his signing.

But teammate Matt Hummels warned the striker against making hasty moves and regretting it.

The defender said: “I can totally understand him if he wants to stay!

“Because it’s great at Dortmund, because he knows what he’s got here. I haven’t given up hope that he will be around for a long time.”

“The grass on the other hand isn’t always green. You really need to be aware of that in football.

“If you have a good environment, and you feel comfortable with boys as well, that’s very valuable.”
