Adele has revealed that her son Angelou doesn’t care about her fame.
The Easy On Me singer admitted her eight-year-old son — whom she shares with ex-husband Simon Konecki — really has no idea what a big name he is because he’s more interested in online gamers.
Speaking on Hits Radio on Friday, the 33-year-old singer said: ‘He’s like gamers, like he likes flamingos and all of them a lot, like I mean yeah he’s not bothered with me at all.’
‘She’s not bothered with me at all!’: Adele reveals her 8-year-old son Angelo ‘doesn’t care’ about her global fame and dedicates her divorce-themed ’30s album to him
She continued: ‘He doesn’t care at all. He’s like, “You’re so busy all the time”, like blah-blah. But no, he doesn’t care and is always comparing.
‘The other day he was telling me how many YouTube followers I have, not as many big gamers. I was like, “Ok cheers kid, thanks for that.” Not again, he is not really aware of it yet.’
Although Adele reveals that she plans to have Angelou work with her, she still doesn’t think he will be affected.
She told Fleur East on the show: ‘He’s coming for some work stuff that I’m coming up with and we’ll see, but I’m sure he’ll be like, “Well, I guess Flamingo will put it this way.” done like that or that way.”
‘Like, yeah, but he’s great, he’s so funny, he’s a very sweet, cute little boy.’

Adele has dedicated her upcoming album 30 Angelo, and at midnight on Friday, she released the album’s first single, Easy on Me.
She revealed this week that the song is about the ‘inner turmoil’ she felt as she divorced ex-husband Simon.
The lyrics of the song are, ‘We both are so deeply stuck in our own way, you can’t deny how hard I have worked. I changed who I wanted to put the two of you first, and also, ‘Come on me. I was still a kid, didn’t get a chance to feel the world around me, didn’t have time to choose what I chose to do, so go easy on me…’
She says: ‘I had noble intentions and high hopes, but I know it might not even be visible now.’

Adele and the charity’s CEO Simon, 47, announced they were going their separate ways in April 2019, five months after Adele filed court documents.
The couple – who dated for seven years and were married for two – co-parent their son.
Their divorce was finalized in March of this year, and Simon is believed to have lived in one of three homes on Adele’s Beverly Hills campus in order to be closer to Angelou.
Speaking about her new music she said: ‘The whole album is dedicated to my son more than anything, but yes, it’s about his father and my relationship with him, but you also know my own. What’s the deal with and stuff like that.
‘It’s like you can have a discussion or a disagreement or a full line if you want, it’s not like me and his father ever used to.
‘If you’re the one who’s starting the discussion, it’ll be like, “Well, wait a minute, relax on me, you know, it’s not my fault.” So it’s really about the way, you know, the decision I actually made, so yeah.’
