Hearts FC launch new ‘Waystar Royco’ shirts in partnership with ‘Succession’

Streaming service Now launches new range in association with Hearts Football Club succession-Themed shirt, celebrating the arrival of the show’s third season.

In season two of the hit HBO show, Roman Roy buys an Edinburgh-based club to impress his father Logan, not realizing that they are actually the arch rivals of Logan’s club, the Hibernians.

As part of the partnership, Hearts has launched a series of shirts featuring Roy’s company Westar Royco as a sponsor, as well as branding around the club’s stadium, Tynecastle Park.


Hearts manager Robbie Nielsen said: “The club is very excited to be joining the main storylines of one of the biggest TV shows on the planet and we’re working with Now to help launch this partnership that celebrates Season 3. Thrilled to do the show today.

Club CEO Andrew McKinley said: “As huge fans of the show, we are really excited to be working with Now to bring this heirloom takeover to Tynecastle.


“We love to see Harts-related storylines on the show, however we are very grateful that none of the Roy family members are running the club in real life! Brian and Kieran’s directorial box in Tynecastle is always the club’s real owners – Welcome as a guest of the fans.”
