Chaos: I’m A Celebrity Campmates Have Been Removed from Gwrych Castle as Storm Arwen continues to cause technical difficulties in North Wales

An ITV statement said: ‘While we have got the production base back and are facing technical problems due to the storm, we have removed the celebrities from the palace.’

The quarantine conditions for the celebrities will be the same as they had pre-show, where they stayed in cottages in the surrounding countryside.

According to Sun, as the fallen tree was lifted from the air and slammed into the castle ramparts, a second one, also 100 feet tall, was tossed into the air, ending on a path near Cladwin’s kiosk.

MailOnline has contacted ITV for further comment.

It comes after the show was canceled this weekend because of a production disruption caused by the storm.

Also Friday’s show was pre-recorded by hosts Ant and December following brutal weather conditions for the first time in the show’s 19-year history.

Season: The rest of the stars will personally return to quarantine to ensure that they are safe from COVID and will only return when the entire production is safely re-established.

ITV’s earlier statement regarding the canceled show said: ‘Due to technical difficulties caused by extreme weather conditions in the area, I am a celebrity… There will be no new episodes of Get Me Out of Here! This weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

‘I’m a celebrity…Get me out of here! Tonight and Tomorrow Night in the ITV schedule will be replaced by anthology shows (voiced by Ant & Dec) featuring the best moments from the previous series.’

It was thought that gusts of 70 mph knocked out satellite systems and caused huge technical disruptions for the production crew.
