Joy Swash has shared an emotional tribute to her fiancée Stacey Solomon and newborn daughter after a coincidentally premature birth.
The 39-year-old proud father has told his girls how much he loves them in a cute Instagram message.
But Joe has also thought that October 4th would be an “expensive day”, as both Stacy and her little girl now have birthdays.
Stacey gave birth to their daughter on her 32nd birthday at their family home, which they called Pickle Cottage.
Smiling dad Joe wrote on Instagram: “My sweet girls. I love you more than you will ever know. October 4th is going to be an expensive day for daddy xxxx.”
Stacey and Joe announced their good news on Tuesday evening, more than 24 hours after they disappeared from social media.
Loose Women star Stacey last shared an Instagram video on Monday morning, in which she told fans it was her birthday.
The heavily pregnant star posted a clip when she was woken up by Joe and her sons Leighton, Zachary and Rex, all walking towards her with a delicious cream frosted cake.
Stacey told her 4.7m followers: “It was a lovely morning in bed with these three. We had to do the birthday candles nine times for Rex. He loved blowing out my candles.”
Stacey continued: “Then we sat down and ate the cake in bed and I already regret the state of the crumbs and cream.”
The prolific Instagram user then disappeared from the site, only to be reunited 36 hours later with exciting news from the family.
“Here she is. Born at Pickle Cottage on mom’s birthday. Our little girl… Happy birthday my sweet daughter…” Stacey said with a touching video of her new baby.
“We all love you more than you can imagine. Your brother, your dad and I love you so much.
“Thank you for the most incredible 9 months. Now we can’t wait to be with you for the rest of our lives… .”
Stacy also shared a photo of her stories, writing: “So over here for my family. Yesterday I got the best birthday present I could have wished for.”
The star had just finished giving birth at home, as her daughter made a rapid arrival into the world – arriving in the same bed as she ate the cake that morning.
