Mary was the sister of Anne Boleyn, the second wife of King Henry VIII – and their only daughter, Queen Elizabeth I.

Things changed when Josh was told that one of his ancestors had a very bad past.

Dr Owen Emerson, a historian at Hever Castle, reported that Mary Boleyn was the mistress of King Henry VIII and that many historians believe that her eldest daughter, Catherine, was actually Henry’s child.

Josh said on the revelation: “Some respected historians believe that I am a descendant of Henry VIII!”

‘Proper blue blood’

To sum it up, Josh referred to King Edward I as his great-grandfather for the 23rd time, to which he remarked: “That’s proper blue blood, isn’t it?”

Wrapping up his delve into his family tree, Josh was also told that he had a “direct bloodline to French royalty” as he was related to the wife of King Edward I.

Marguerite of France was the daughter of King Philip of France – Josh’s 24th grandfather.
