Former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Emmanuel Petit believes Kylian Mbappe could ‘easily’ sign for Newcastle after the Saudi-led takeover last month.
Mbappe, who moved to PSG from Monaco in 2017, has scored seven goals in all competitions for PSG this season but has had a difficult start, once showing his frustration with teammate Neymar.
His contract at the Parc des Princes expires next year and the French World Cup winner has been linked with a move to Real Madrid – yet compatriot Petit insists Newcastle’s new-found wealth makes him a contender as well .

Mbappe’s action is set for Wednesday night in the Champions League for Ligue 1 against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
