Kylie Jenner appeared to flaunt some coronovirus safety protocol imposed by Los Angeles County with a birthday party this week for 3-year-old daughter Stormy.

The 23-year-old makeup mogul took to Instagram on Monday night to show images from the party for the birthday girl, which she shared with rapper Travis Scott.

In previous years, Jenner threw Stormy into lavish birthday parties for “Stormwyworld”, but she announced Monday through her Instagram story that “for obvious reasons,” the program was canceled, with Buzzfeed’s accordingly.

However, she said that she would invite Stormy’s cousin and other family members to celebrate.

In his post, Jenner shared with the gathering, which broke the protocol allegedly imposed by the county to prevent the ongoing spread of coronovirus.

In addition, “private gatherings of individuals from three different ‘houses’ or less are limited to a maximum of 15 people,” the county order states. A group made up of just Jenner’s parents, siblings, nieces and nephews outnumber that number.

The order required residents to host “all private ceremonies” while Jenner was clearly indoors. The social distancing guidelines – which include maintaining six feet between attendees, covering the face of clothes – have also been violated based on photographs obtained by the outlet.

Singing at private ceremonies in the county is also “strongly discouraged”, as it increases the risk of COVID-19 transmission through drops, and Jenner and his guests were seen singing “Happy Birthday” in masks.

Representatives for Jenner and the county did not immediately respond to Granthshala News’ request for comment.

The Kardashian-Jenner family came under fire several times for hosting large celebrations, as both Kylie’s sisters Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner hosted lavish and crowded birthday parties, which drew widespread theism online.
