The upcoming SBS drama “Taxi Driver” has unveiled the new teaser poster!
Based on a webtoon of the same name, “Taxi Driver” is about a mysterious taxi service that seeks revenge on behalf of victims who are unable to get justice from the law. It features Lee J Hoon, Esom, Kim Yoo Sung and APRIL’s Nayan, and is directed by Park Joon Woo and written by Oh Sang Ho.
On February 22, the drama unveiled two teaser posters starring Lee Jay Hoon as Kim Du Gi, a former Special Forces officer who works as a driver for a mysterious taxi service called Rainbow Taxi.
In the first poster, his old and wild taxi can be seen in the background. Kim Do Ge is sitting on the hood of his cab and fixing his gloves, as if he is preparing to hunt down a villain. His relaxed smile evokes an invincible aura, and viewers can expect the birth of a unique character who falls under the “dark hero” label.
In the second poster, Lee Jae Hoon sits on the driver’s side of the cab and looks back through the open taxi door. His eyes are sparkling with seriousness and determination, and the words on the poster read, “Can you tell me why you feel so unfair?” This makes fans curious as to what will happen if they enter that taxi.
The drama’s production crew said, “‘Taxi Driver’ is a ‘Korean-style dark hero drama’, which shines sharply on criminals who are prevalent in Korean society and represent our neighbors who do injustice to them.” Are. It will provide strong sympathy and joy beyond the fresh revenge given by the simple heroes. Please be on the lookout for it. “
“Taxi Driver” will air on April 9 at 10 pm KST after the end of “The Penthouse 2”. Watch the first teaser here!
