Boxing Day tells the story of a British American writer who returns to London for Christmas to introduce his American fiancée to his eccentric British-Caribbean family.

Her appearance at the premiere comes just hours after Pinnock wept as her mother Deborah couldn’t attend the star-studded premiere.

At the end of the interview, the star said: “Can I just say that my mother is watching and I know she can’t make it to the premiere. But I love you so much and hopefully many more.” Premiere.”

Elsewhere in the interview on Good Morning Britain, she said: “It was like walking into a whole new world…

“I couldn’t refuse it. Three auditions later and I’m starring in my first film and also an all-black cast, it’s the first of its kind. I’m so proud to be a part of it.

“This film allows a lot of the black community to see and see me and you (Amal) did that for me.”

The singer’s red carpet appearance comes after seducing her ex-bandmate Jesy Nelson up a storm with Pinnock’s former date, who was from Lucien Laviscount years earlier.
