The 96th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade returns to New York City this week with five new floats and four new balloons to entertain spectators of all ages.

What is the parade route and can I see it in person?

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Route is 2.5 miles from 77th Street and Central Park West, South to 34th Street-Herald Square.

The new parade balloons include “Diary of a Wimpy Kid,” Dino and Baby Dino, Blue, Stuart the Minion and Striker the US Soccer Star, which celebrates the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
