Singer updates fans on her second record
Maggie Rogers has stated that she is currently working on an album that she will “tour for a lifetime”.

Taking to social media today (October 19), the singer-songwriter shared an update on the follow-up to her 2019 debut ‘Heard It in a Past Life’.
Rogers shared a blurry black-and-white image, which he captioned: “Making the record sick for a lifetime.” See tweet below.
The Maryland-born artist began documenting the process last summer making her second studio effort, and will continue to do so through 2021. Back in March, she wrote: “This record is my favorite work I’ve ever produced. Looks like it’s 17 years old again. Everything so fresh and free.”

Rogers returned in late 2019 with the standalone single ‘Love You for a Long Time’, in which live version of the song Coming in April.
Last November, the musician teamed up with Phoebe Bridgers to cover Goo Goo Dolls’ classic ‘Iris’ in celebration of Joe Biden’s victory in the US presidential election. Proceeds from the joint presentation went to the Democrats Stacy Abrams’ voting rights organization, Fair Fight.
In a four-star review of ‘Heard It in a Past Life’, Granthshala Wrote: “Drunk” [album]Rogers loves art, nature and life itself.”
Meanwhile, Rogers was among the cast to speak out against Texas’ tough new abortion law, which went into effect last month. She joined the likes of Yungblood, St Vincent and Lucy Dacus in condemning the controversial law.
