Former Vice President Mike Pence and his wife Karen have left their Washington DC days behind and are now living in the $1.93 million Indiana home they bought last month.
Property records show that 62-year-old Pence purchased a seven-bedroom, 7½-bathroom home in an upscale location in Carmel—known as the pinnacle of luxury in his Indiana state.
And it appears it offered more than the asking price, as it was initially listed for $1.8 million.
The house was first listed on April 1 and the former VP made an offer a week later. The sale closes on May 25.
Sprawling over a sprawling area of 10,300 square feet, the property sits on five acres of land and comes with all the amenities your heart desires.
Built in 2008, the home features a fitness room, an indoor basketball court, a handcrafted bar, a media room, a study, and several living spaces.
Outdoor amenities include a dock overlooking a large pond, an in-ground pool, and a wide-screen porch.

According to insiders, since leaving office, Pence has remained under the radar following a controversial election that escalated tensions with Donald Trump.
On June 3, Pence revealed that he spoke with former President Trump “multiple times” since January 6. Although he admitted not to “see eye to eye” that day, he said Republicans should “move together in unison.”
In April, during his first public address since leaving the Trump administration, Pence hinted at a possible run for political office in 2024.
