The Stunning Residence, at 30 Sutton Place, is in contract, Its final asking price was about $2.5 million.

Melo bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom pad in 2003 for $1.5 million and spent two years renovating it.

According to Martha Kramer’s listing of Brown Harris Stevens, a landscaped terrace wraps nearly three sides of the apartment (in a 1929 Rosario Candela pre-war building) and offers stunning views.

The dining room in the house is just as trendy as its late former owner.
