Stephanie Davis has revealed she had a miscarriage in an emotional Instagram video she shared with followers on Monday evening.
Posting an unfinished video montage that begins with the news of her pregnancy, 28-year-old Stephanie can be seen reading a positive home test and sharing the news with her partner, Oliver Tasker.
In an accompanying caption, the Hollyoaks star explained how she told her four-year-old son, Cabane, that he was going to be a big brother, hoping to end the video by capturing the moment.
Admitting that she ‘never reached him’, Stephanie told followers that she wanted to wait until she reached the twelve-week mark before sharing the news, although she ‘began to be in pain’ and was admitted to hospital. It was later said that her pregnancy was ‘no more’. .

The actress explained that ‘that’s why I’ve been so calm,’ and told fans that she had decided to take a pregnancy test after pointing out her ‘bad skin, heavy curry intake and hormones.
Stephanie revealed that her hospitalization involved ‘scans and a lot of blood’ and was told ‘her levels are falling drastically and she is not pregnant’.
He wrote in full: ‘Why am I silent. I didn’t know whether to post this or not, felt so lost lately. Is it nobody’s job, or should I share my sadness or just put it inside and feel sad and lonely like I do.
‘As my followers I feel that you know me very well. It was really your messages about my bad skin changes, my heavy curry intake, random meals and hormones that made me check… I was pregnant.
‘We only told close friends and family that we wanted to wait until the 12-week safety mark, although I thought it would all be fine.

‘I was very happy. Unfortunately I started in pain and they were under the hospital, were they keeping a close eye on me.
‘Scans and lots of blood Later I got the dreaded call from the hospital saying my levels were dropping drastically, and sadly I’m not pregnant.
‘Then it was just a game of waiting to bleed and let loose what I dreamed about and was so happy about it. I finally felt that I had a happy ending. So I kept quiet and today the terrible pain and bleeding has started, now it is all true that it is over.
