Gartland played at the Electric Ballroom in London on 15 October as one of the final shows of the UK and Ireland leg of her ‘Women on the Internet’ album tour. She alleged that the next day several items of musical equipment and stage wear were stolen from the van while it was parked at Wembley.

The post read: “Here it is lads, post no one wants to make up: Yesterday our tour van was smashed into the carpark of Travelodge Wembley and some of our gear was taken away.

“Some of this may be discarded, but we are sure some will end up on sale – please keep an eye on stores and online and contact my manager [email protected] for any information”.

Gartland continues: “It seems that whoever broke into the van was upset and didn’t get a chance to help themselves with everything there – it could have been a lot worse. No one got hurt and our beautiful Everyone in the tour crew has been so supportive of each other ever since it all started.”

Fender guitars, keyboards, drums, paddleboards, stage clothes and a Sony A6600 camera are among the missing items on the select list. Gartland also shared a series of photos of each item, which can be seen in this twitter thread or under the ‘steal’ highlight on it instagram.

After nearly a decade in the public eye as a YouTuber, Orla Gartland released her first full-length, “Woman on the Internet” in August. Granthshala Writer Sophie Williams awarded the release three stars, saying: “These candid, brilliant songs may not be too daring for the most part, but they feel like the ambitious work of an artist to broaden their scope. “
