Are strong marriages and families not in the interest of the nation, asks ‘Ingraham Angle’ guest host
Raymond Arroyo: It is now clear that parents, children and families have become the real targets for this administration.
On Monday, Biden lifted a Trump-era ban on clinics that refer patients for abortions from receiving federal funding. And buried in the Democrats’ multi-trillion dollar reconciliation bill is a clause that “more than doubled” [earned income tax credit’s] Marriage penalty for childless workers, giving eligible couples a compelling reason to avoid marriage … The proposed changes … threaten to substantially increase the breadth and depth of marriage penalties even for families with children Huh.”
Are strong marriages and families not in the interest of the country? Not according to this bill. Biden stood up for families and was far from being an abortion extremist.
When you compare the Joe Biden of the past to the president of today—he seems to have really lost his way. It looks like the staff is running the show… They’ve even built a small Off-Broadway theater next to the White House for the president’s public events. I call it Mr. Biden’s Neighborhood—a comfortable safe place for him to confide in. They don’t even need a trolley to take them there – although the puppets are there and they are accounted for!
It’s actually designed to protect the president from those uncomfortable press questions. You see: in this setting, journalists become spectators in the dark, forced to watch these little stage shows from the orchestra. Unlike the East Room ceremony or the Oval Office spray, the press would not dare to ask questions and interrupt production in front of them.
