A representative for Lawrence confirmed to USA Today in early September that the actress and her husband, Cooke Maroney, 37, expecting their first child together.
In Schumer’s photo on Saturday, the comedian held a sign saying “abortion is necessary,” while Lawrence’s sign read, “Women can’t be free if they don’t control their bodies.”

Schumer, who has been open about her struggles with infertility, revealed last month that she had uterus and appendix Removed as a result of endometriosis, a condition in which tissue normally found in the uterus begins to grow in other parts of the body, leading to uncomfortable long periods during and between periods.
Schumer posted a photo of herself speaking at the rally on Instagram.

In a year, more than 650 marches were held across the country demanding abortion after conservative lawmakers and judges jeopardized it. The march came a month after a Texas law banning abortion after six weeks of pregnancy.
At Washington’s rally for abortion justice, crowds of protesters gathered around a banner on Saturday that read “Ban on our bodies!” Cindy Lauper’s “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” erupted from the speakers.
