The statement said that on February 3, four hours and 14 minutes were wasted in uproar over the total work of twenty hours and 34 minutes.

However, on Friday, members of the Upper House worked an extra 33 minutes beyond the scheduled hours of work. After the uproar of the last three February, there were no Question Hours and Zero Hours for the next two days. But there was a one-hour question hour on Friday and extra time was taken for the vote of thanks. A proposal was also introduced this week to replace the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization (Amendment) Bill, 2021. Seven Zero Hours and seven Special Mention were also held in the Upper House this week.

Agriculture Minister said attack on opposition

On Friday, the last day of discussion in the Rajya Sabha, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar fiercely attacked the opposition demanding the withdrawal of new agricultural laws. He had asked opposition leaders to point out the loopholes in the law. The Agriculture Minister had also asked that someone tell what is black in the agricultural law. He had said that the mere mention of new agricultural laws as black cannot be a matter and cannot be reformed. For the last two months, I was asking the farmers the same. The scope of the movement is limited. For this, the government is constantly talking to farmers’ organizations, it will be discussed further.
