Meghan and Harry were not interviewed for their Time profile, but instead Chef Jose Andres wrote a brief profile on them. Andres is the founder of World Central Kitchen, which is supported by Meghan and Harry’s Archwell Foundation.

“Spring into action is not an easy choice for a young Duke and Duchess, who have been blessed through birth and talent, and burned with fame. It would be much safer to enjoy their good fortune and remain silent.” Andres wrote.

He said, “Harry and Meghan don’t do that, or who they are. They turn compassion into shoes on the ground through their Archwell Foundation. They give voice to the voiceless through media production. Together, they take risks to help communities in need – providing mental-health support to black women and girls in America, and feeding those affected by natural disasters in India and the Caribbean.”

Andres’ final word on Meghan and Harry was this: “In a world where everyone has opinions about people they don’t know, the Duke and Duchess have compassion for those they don’t know. They They don’t just think. They run towards struggle.”
