Rapper Tyga, born Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson, was arrested Tuesday on a domestic violence charge after he turned himself in after an altercation at his home. Hollywood home, police said.


According to TMZ, Tyga faces a domestic violence charge after allegedly getting “physical” with his ex-girlfriend, Cameron Swanson. Swanson posted photos of her injuries on Instagram, which reportedly remained her controversy, writing that she “has been abused emotionally, mentally and physically and I’m not hiding it anymore.”

Sources close to the rapper told TMZ that Swanson went to her ex’s house around 3 a.m. and “began to act belligerent.” Tyga let her in where the situation started escalating and reportedly turned violent.

TMZ said that when officers at the scene took the report, scars were visible on his face.

His bail has been set at $50,000.

Tyga previously dated Kylie Jenner and Recently eliminated as a contestant in “The Masked Singer”.
