‘I think I look more fit than I really am. I think I have my mother to thank for the good genes!’ Glamor model said.

‘When I feel good in myself mentally, I feel more confident. When I eat healthy and go to gym classes, I feel like I don’t hang up about how I look.

‘I feel very bad when I start eating junk food and consume more chocolate and wine. I have fallen off the wagon recently, I need to get myself back in gear and feel better.’

Ryan reveals she ‘hasn’t been to the gym for months’ and confesses that if she has to run a mile she’ll ‘probably pass out’.

‘I think I look more fit than I really am. I think I have my mother to thank for the good genes!’ he said.

“I’m desperate to get into a proper fitness routine to feel better and tighten up some squishy bits,” he said.

‘My go-to’ [exercise] Reformer Pilates. I started going once a week and I love it! My flexibility is good enough, I just need to step up my cardio game.
