King Crimson’s Robert Fripp and Toya Wilcox continue their whimsical covers, getting into the festive spirit with renditions of the classic Christmas carol.

‘Humbug!’ to husband and wife pair Decorated in holiday dress with the word. It is written on Fripp’s forehead. Their home is decorated accordingly, with a sign hanging that reads “Frippmas Christmas Bitch!”

This holiday cover is the second of its kind from the duo, who offered their take on last week Another Christmas Classic, ‘Silent Night’Instead of Fripp, ‘GRINCH!’ It is written on the forehead.

The couple has been delivering covers at home for some time now, having previously done so after being locked down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Wilcox, popularly known as ‘Sunday Lunch’, revealed that it started when guitarist Fripp, from the famous prog-rock outfit, returned from a performance.

The series, which sees new installments uploaded weekly, has given us covers of several artists from Fripp and Wilcox, including Nirvana, David Bowie, Metallica, Billy Idol, The Rolling Stones, Judas Priest, The Prodigy, Guns Contains songs from N’ Roses. Alice Cooper and more.
