Conspiracy Theory-Endorsing Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-Ga.) turned to the cartoon “Scooby-Doo” to try to trash green new deal on the floor of the House on Wednesday, and critics couldn’t believe the stunt was not a parody.
