The Golden Globe nominations were announced on Wednesday morning, and while there were some unfortunate snubs, at least they got something right: Borat Upward Movement It received two nominations, one for Best Picture (musical or comedy) and the other for Maria Bakalova, for its periodical sports and brave co-star. When Baron Cohen took to Twitter to celebrate, he ensured not only Baklova, but also another big name for the film: Rudy Giuliani.
By the way I am surprised and humbled to be nominated for 3 Golden Globes, and congratulate the incredible @Maryabalkova 96 Too!
We are so honored – and if we do not win any, I have already appointed Rudy Giuliani to contest. pic.twitter.com/CSligPsmI8

“Waveva! I am shocked and proud to be nominated for 3 Golden Globes, and also congratulations to the incredible @Mariabacalova96! “Baron Cohen has written. “We are very honored — and if we don’t win any, I have already hired Rudy Giuliani to deliver the results.”
The new former president’s personal counsel was, of course, very few in the last few months. And the nightmare really started when the reporters finally got to see Borat The sequel in October, where he discovers a shocking scene, in which Guliani freshens up a bit with Baklova’s tutor – who is about to turn 15 – and even unlocks his pants with a camera.
This was just the beginning of Giuliani’s problems. After the election, only two weeks later Bore 2 Dropped, the former NYC mayor was involved in such instant classic flubs as the disastrous “Four Seasons Total Landscaping” press conference and another in which Black Goo melted her head. And while he wants to continue the unfounded allegations of voter fraud, he cannot defend his Trump because he, too, is investigating an early January MAPA coup.
In the meantime, congratulations to Bucklow, who was showering the year-end awards, and Baron Cohen, who was also nominated for his turn as Abby Hoffman at the Golden Globes Chicago 7 test. And good luck to Giuliani, who many times does not regain the reputation he once had before joining up with Donald Trump.
