Senate Homeland Security Committee leads Mayurakas’ nomination 7-4
The Senate’s plan to vote on confirmation of Homeland Security Secretary Nominee Alejandro Mayorkas on Monday was scrapped after parts of Washington, DC fell more than 2 inches of snow on Sunday.
