Frankie – who shares Parker of seven years and Carter of six years with her husband – said: ‘I think at one point I told her that if she couldn’t handle being with the general public she should have her own. Must take a private jet. .’

Frankie’s remarks came as a panel discussed whether crying babies should be banned in restaurants.

Elaborating on her point, doting mother Frankie said: ‘With someone you can tell is trying to stop their child from doing this, what can you say?’

She continued: ‘If they’re just sitting on their phone and ignoring them and you’re trying to have a good meal or anything, I totally understand.’

‘But the word ‘control’… I once had someone on a flight come up to me and say, ‘You need to control your naughty kid’ – that’s quite triggering for me!’
