A Pennsylvania man shot neighbors Lisa and James Goy during a brawl before shooting himself

During a snowstorm in Pennsylvania on Monday, two neighbors were brutally chopped off by gunfire.
Jeffrey Allen Spaide, 47, of Wilkes-Barre earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Wilkes University in 2001 and his master’s degree in water resources and environmental engineering from Villanova University in 2005.
“Jeff was employed as a licensed engineer for over 20 years,” his Condolence message Reads. “He Also worked in the United States Navy, working as the ship’s engineering technician. “
On their LinkedIn page, which Identified him as a “professional engineer” Spide cited his active-duty status with the Navy from 1993 to 1998.

Navy officials confirmed Spade’s service when contacted by The Post on Friday. He Enlisted in September 1993 and trained in Great Lakes, Illinois. He Last worked as a facility engineer for the Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority in Throop according to the profile.
Prior to this, Spalide listed himself as an Environmental Engineer Manager of the Department of Environmental Protection of Pennsylvania, serving as the head of its regional permitting section.
In his personal time, Spide enjoyed running marathons and spending time with relatives, particularly with his nephew Jayden.

Spide is survived by his father, two sisters, a brother and five nieces and nephews. According to the death notice, a funeral home at Wilkes-Barre was handling his personal service.
