This year’s Spotify Wrapped is here, enabling users to view their most streamed artists, songs, albums, genres, playlists and podcasts through 2021.

The feature, which launched today (December 1), has some new works this year including ‘2021: The Movie’, which lets users share their top songs with classic scenes from a movie “That’s All About You” and ‘Your Audio’. Allows you to join. aura’, where an aura specialist looks at the listener’s audio aura based on their top two musical moods.
Elsewhere, ‘Playing Cards’ is an interactive, data-based game that users play and can then share with friends. “We will be displaying several statements about what you hear this year and you will have to guess which one is true,” it said in a statement.
Another new feature is ‘2021 Wrapped Blend’, which allows users to compare their 2021 music tastes with friends’ tastes, stream a mixed playlist, and share the results on social media. Spotify users can log in to access their wrapped data Here,
There are also special experiences for top fans, including videos from over 170 artists and producers thanking them for keeping them wrapped. Spotify explained, “These Thanksgiving videos will appear when fans have a song from one of the participating artists in the ‘Your Top Songs 2021’ or ‘Your Artists Revealed’ playlist.”

Meanwhile, it was revealed earlier today that Bad Bunny has overtaken Taylor Swift and Drake as the most streamed global artist on Spotify this year.
Songs from the Puerto Rican artist were streamed a total of 9.1 billion times, compared to 8.3 billion in 2020. She is followed by Swift, Drake, Justin Bieber and BTS in the top five most streamed acts.
However, Drake tops the list of most streamed artists in the UK.
