Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder refused the traditional stare as they came face-to-face for the first time since the Gypsy King took out the Bronze Bomber in their first rematch.
The press conference prior to Saturday’s trilogy fight descended into chaos as Fury made a false attempt to instigate the American who took away the WBC world heavyweight title.

WBC Champion Fury had a normal flair on stage but he soon took on his American rival
Wilder refuses to back down from his allegations that Fury cheated to win his second fight.
Of the allegations, including glove trickery, Wilder said: ‘I have no regrets. I believe everything because I have been given proof.’
Fury replied: ‘I don’t care. Because apparently it came from someone unwell. It tells that he is mentally weak.
‘He’s a weak person I’m going to spark Saturday night. He’s copying me too, he doesn’t have any t-shirts today.
‘I’m famous for wearing no shirt to press conferences – I know I’m a motivational person, but you’re supposed to be a bronze bomber, do your own thing.’
On the allegations of fraud, Fury said: ‘People would have believed some of his excuses but not 50 in some conspiracy.’
Then he shouted at Wilder: ‘I hope you’ve got your excuse book ready when I get you the big dodger out again’.
Fury calls Wilder ‘vulnerable’ and says he was ‘conspiring’ in fraud claims
The row continued to grow with moderator Kate Abdo leaving in an unbelievable seating position between the two fighters.
‘If I cheated on all this, why didn’t he take any extra steps to prevent me from cheating again?’ The fury continued.
‘What have you done… I had dusters, turbo jets at my feet, you’re in denial and you’re going to get knocked over, do yourself a favor and retire, your legacy is in pieces.
‘All the excuses and no one believes you, they’re all laughing at you. A million excuses.
The thing that really bothered a friendly Fury was the allegation that he had tampered with his glove before his second bout, something he blatantly dismissed as nonsense.
‘I got you dodgers out,’ he said. ‘Jai Des’ [in Wilder’s corner] Was he in it too? He was in the room when I put on the gloves!
Wilder was wearing a red tracksuit and earphones, but the pair soon exchanged verbal jibes.
Fury is trying to defend his WBC heavyweight belt in his trilogy competition on Saturday night
‘I don’t need to defend the title, it’s for the Dodgers like you.
‘You came dressed like a tramp dressed like me on a training day. You will only be remembered for knocking me out.
‘You are a loser and being coached by a loser, leading to two losers.’
Wilder came out in a red tracksuit and earphones. Fury waited for him and refused to take his seat before emerging in one of his trademark multicolored suits without a shirt.
He said: ‘I am the only undefeated world heavyweight champion standing on this stage.’
Wilder warned him: ‘Get ready for war and blood.’
Then they parted without going to the eyeballs. Let Saturday night roll in.
