An official synopsis shared with the teaser reveals Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) – A direct sequel to the 2018 smash-hit in spider verse —”As an epic adventure that will take Spider-Man, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood of Brooklyn, into the multiverse to join forces with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-People to create something more powerful than anything to face the villain.”
